It is a self-mod & one-knob version of our previous muff-type pedal "Gukoku-No-Hizumi" which has been well received. This new version has only volume control on the outside, but has multiple internal controls. The builder will adjust these multiple internal controls to high gain one by one before shipping. After trying the default settings, we hope you will enjoy creating your own sound. Below is an explanation of the internal controls. The internal controls consist of the following three trimmers and one switch. GAIN TONE MID SHIFT TONE BYPASS SW Two new elements have been added from the previous model: MID SHIFT and TONE BYPASS SW. The tone circuit of this model mixes two filter circuits, high pass and low pass, which is familiar to muff-type pedals. The tone circuit has a characteristic of slightly reducing the bandwidth where the high-pass and low-pass overlap, the so-called "mid" band. The mid shift control allows you to adjust the scooping of this overlapping area. The general tone feel remains the same, but the tonal characteristics change considerably. The TONE BYPASS SW is a switch that can bypass these tone circuits. This is not to everyone's taste, but it allows for a rougher and louder tone. The clean channel is used as a stand-alone parametric EQ, while the fuzz channel adds fuzz in front of the parametric EQ. The Freq and EQ B/C controls are used to set the center frequency between 70Hz and 7KHz for boost or cut. The Q control allows you to adjust the sharpness of the EQ. The Q control can be used to adjust the sharpness of the EQ, and the ability to boost/cut the desired frequency range allows the EQ to be used as a solo booster or preamp. You can also create extreme sounds, such as a sharp notch filter with scooped mids, or a half-stopped wah sound with boosted mids. The fuzz channel has a slightly sweet sounding fuzz. The clean sound of the Blend control (and the Clean channel sound) has a slightly emphasized high frequency range compared to the original sound. By using the Blend control and Fuzz volume in addition to Gain, and by using the parametric EQ, you can create a variety of sounds. The circle is all, mandala.
