——コントロール

・F.VOL(Fuzz Volume)
ファズ音(WET)の音量の調整が行えます。なおブレンドする信号(DRY)の音量は増幅率1で固定です。

・BLEND
ファズ音(WET)と本機手前の信号(DRY)を混ぜる割合を調整できます。
本機の歪み感との相性と操作性を考慮し、最小値にしてもファズ音(WET)が混ざるように調整しています。

・FUZZ
ファズ音(WET)の歪み量を調整出来ます。

——サウンドキャラクター
本機は、高域にザラつきを含んだ”いなたい”質感のファズサウンドが特徴。

ローゲインでは音の芯を損なわず、煌びやかな高域だけを残してくれるため、オーバードライブの「こもり感」が苦手な方にもおすすめです。

特にファズの存在感を「足す」感覚で使えるブレンド機能は、基本となるサウンドを壊さず、ファズの質感を取り入れるような自然な変化を提供します。

——推奨の使い方

・ゲインアップ・ブースターとしての後段使用
一般的なゲインブースターは前段に置くことが多いですが、本機はあえて後段に配置することで、原音の太さやトーンを損なわずにファズ成分をプラスできます。自然なゲインアップを求めるプレイヤーに最適。

・ローゲイン設定でのクランチペダル的運用
DRY音の芯を活かしつつ、軽いファズ感で音を押し出せるため、クリーン～クランチ領域でのニュアンス重視の演奏にもマッチします。

完全に歪ませるだけがファズの使い方ではありません。「足す」「混ぜる」「添える」。
ファズが苦手だった人にもぜひ試していただきたい一台です。

Refined and improved from the previous model, GOKUSOTSU returns with enhanced musicality. The smooth response of the OP275 and the intuitive feel of its three controls remain intact, now offering even greater versatility for your sound.

Blend range optimized for guitar: natural coexistence of DRY and WET signals
Power: DC 9V center-negative only (no battery operation)
Size: 124(D) × 66(W) × 60(H) mm including protrusions. Dimensions may vary slightly—please allow extra space when placing it on your pedalboard.

Controls

F.VOL (Fuzz Volume)
Adjusts the output level of the fuzz (WET) signal. The blended DRY signal remains at unity gain.
BLEND
Mixes the fuzz (WET) signal with your original (DRY) signal. Even at the minimum setting, a small amount of fuzz remains for better tonal balance and playability.
FUZZ
Adjusts the amount of fuzz distortion in the WET signal.

Sound Character

GOKUSOTSU delivers a gritty, slightly rough fuzz texture with a hint of sparkle in the highs.

At low gain settings, it preserves the core of your tone while keeping only the shimmering highs, making it an excellent choice for players who dislike the “muffled” character often found in overdrives.

The blend control is especially effective for “adding” presence—keeping your base tone intact while introducing just the right amount of fuzz texture for a natural, musical enhancement.

Recommended Uses

As a post-gain booster
Unlike typical boosters placed in front of the chain, placing GOKUSOTSU after your main drive preserves your tone’s fullness and character while simply adding fuzz content. Perfect for players seeking a natural gain lift.
As a low-gain crunch pedal
With the DRY signal’s clarity and just a touch of fuzz, it works beautifully for clean-to-crunch tones where nuance and dynamics matter.
